This is the most disgusting motel 6 I’ve ever been in!! There’s throw up everywhere outside my door, refrigerator isn’t even working I’ve told the front desk and nothing has been done. There’s hair on the counters and the room stinks like a mixture of smoke and feet. Besides all this I figured maybe I can lounge by the pool and relax…. Nope pools closed! (During summer) worst experience I recommend staying at studio 6 off fuqua they’re awesome!!!! *edit this is my last night here and let me just add that they came in my room while I was not here and stole MY personal towels that I brought with me they were 20$ towels not the cheap ones from here and when I went to tell the office lady she said my room was not serviced!!! But yet there was fresh towels of theirs folded on my sink with 2 bars of soap.. 🤔 but my room wasn’t serviced huh yeah okayyyy also my refrigerator was never fixed and the ac barely worked almost every night we’ve been sweating like crazy cause it’s so hot!!!! Horrible horrible place DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Room had roaches and floor was not mop. Room service never made. I had to go buy a broom and mop and cleaning chemicals to do it myself.

This motel should be investigated by corporate officials because this staff is doing something that you would think is illegal. If it's not then I don't know the definition of fraud or just plain old robbery. 1st of all, my family and I "lived" at Motel 6 Baytown for around 6 months. In one room. Room was nice never had a real big problem with the facility. One day around Thanksgiving. My 81 year old grandmother wanted to pay a weeks rent for us and did so in person with her Chase Visa card in the sum around $400+. Then 3 weeks go by and there's another hit to her card. $260. Then 3 days later another charge for $440. My grandmother doesnt stay here and did not authorize these charges. She gets her statement and realizes there is 2 more charges since. I began recording everything I heard. So we dispute all of it. Now mind you my fiance was a housekeeper for motel 6 for a little while and they were getting paid via her paycheck every 2 weeks. Now we have moved out. It's been 5 days and we are still getting charges for $54.99 per day from Motel 6. I'm warning you....do not stay here. If you do, pay with cash. My grandma still hasn't gotten one of her unauthorized charges refunded yet. This has to be illegal.
