My reservation was made 3 weeks in advance and I stated I needed a truck I was assured they would have one. The second week I called again to make sure a truck was going to be available, I was again assured they would have one. 4:40pm the day prior to pick up of the vehicle I decided to call and verify a truck would be available for me I was assured they had one again. I was told they had one on the lot and they would put it to the side for me. I showed up at 8am this morning and was told they did not have a truck available for me . I asked the manager what happened and all the manager said was " I dont know what to tell you". Very unprofessional and a bad way to do business. Seems like they want to get you in and string you along for your business.

MARCH 23, 2022 I’ve dealt with Enterprise on different occasions through the years. I’ve had more positive experiences than negative & they resolved my past issues which was only one issue. I definitely recommend doing business with them. My most recent dealings have been with Sammi & Brian they have taken very good care of me. My SUV isn’t scheduled to be completed till April 6th. I first requested a truck & Brian had it ready as promised. I drove it home & felt it was a little big, so I called to request a smaller truck. I spoke with Sammi & she got me into a smaller truck. The only thing with this truck is that the drivers seat made my back hurt. I called back & spoke with Sammi. She said she would try to find a different truck or something that sat high up. The next morning she called & said they should be getting one in later that day. The thing is that she remembered & was on the lookout for something that would work for me. Brian called saying it would be ready for switching out at 2:30, so I’m on my way there. I’ll finish the review at the end of my rental “April 6th, but they’ve made renting a vehicle so easy. Thank you Sammi & Brian for great customer service.

I had a reservation and still didn’t get my rental. No excuses. I had rental in Miami last month, I had a rental. I had another one in Los Angeles super bowl weekend and I had my rental. I will be in Miami in 2 weeks yes they will have my rental. This is the Third time this location didn’t have my rental. Whoever in charge need to get on their job. I was supposed to spend my weekend in Dallas. This make no sense. What’s the point of making a reservation if you’re going to tell me you don’t have a car for me. Bad business. Let me remind you I’m their platinum member. Are you saying we can’t count on you????
