This star is HUDs for providing low income housing at all. Horrible Manager for Related Management he tried to enter my apartment with his key, no reason to enter. He called the police because I wouldn’t let him in. I told them all NO. He called later asking why. I told him his notice said call if we had a problem, I did not call he claims he didn’t read his own notice. Now today’s they have been charging late fees $50., It should only be %5 of tent payment (HUD). He’s refusing rent calling it partially payment it’s not. Late fees can be paid or billed to down payment account. Low income: who’s pocketing this money.
