Awful service. No professionalism exhibited. It was a bad experience and the tour guide ( ABSOLUTELY no other name to give her) was totally disinterested in her customers. The urine smell in the parking lot didn't help at all. Truly DISAPPOINTED!!!

No valet to my knowledge, they have a parking deck in their building.
