Changed it to 1 star, it's not good anymore something is always off the menu, or something is always broken, but the employees are having fun. They can't offer refunds or make it worth your while for the there mistakes but they did offer me things for lesser value and charged me my regular items. It's a small town so keep you hopes low to.

Walking into the store to place an order with dietary restrictions that you can't customize on the self serve order kiosk, expecting one of the three females to assist Mr. No. They all three ignored me, even after they all made eye contact with me. One asked for my order name, which I told her I needed to order. Ignored what I said, proceeding to assist drive thru. I asked do y'all not take orders anymore to be ignored. Once again, same employee asked for my order name. I said I need to place it due to dietary restrictions, and she pointed to the kiosk, saying they can't take orders as both registers were off. I said really? Wow! Horrible customer service. I mean terrible. I tried calling corporate, but they are closed at 3 p.m. cst. I will never be back.

After remodel and getting new employees, this store was off to a great start. Since, everytime I go, something is wrong. Bean Burrito is all tortilla. When order a taco Supreme the sour cream gets missed. And today, they missed the taco all together. All of the quesadillas had only 3 pieces of meat in them. How was your cheese quesadilla?!

When you only get tortilla and a spoonful of beans. 🙄 And the tortilla was all dried out and bad. Not good at all! What happened to actually making a burrito? I had same issue with my cheesy gordita crunch. Hardly any insides. Just all tortilla. If I wanted to eat just a tortilla, I would. Absolute waste of money to be skimped out on a meal.

Quick turnover that leads to people being improperly trained. Food ain't bad, just the accuracy.
Ok, it is because of the filters that are clogged and it does not allow the package to filter soda powder.
Every item I order through the drive through is followed by "is that it?" With them trying o give me a total and hurry me along. Plus I have to check my bag, every single time cause you have to at this location. Plus side....Food is good and staff are usually very nice. Also understanding when they forget something.
I's a joke, will not be going back....
