Rude customer service at the drive thru which ruined my morning. I said "hello" at the drive thru speaker, no response. I said "hello" again to see if someone was there, waited a bit for a response but still no answer so I just assumed the speaker wasn't working and proceeded to go to the drive thru window since there were cars at the back too. "Hi, I'm not sure if your speaker is working-" i said but I was rudely cut off by the person handling the orders. "I did not tell you it's ok to come up front!" was the first thing she said in a rude tone. I tried to tell her nicely that no one was answering and she said "You just couldn't wait! We are working as hard as we can and you just couldn't wait." She did take in my order though which was just 2 items but she looked so inconvenienced. That is not the way you treat customers at the drive thru. It's a drive thru, everyone has places to go and just want a quick snack. I've no problem waiting for my turn to order if the staff are busy but not communicating/answering customers on tjme and talking to them with an attitude is horrible for the business. How are people supposed to know when to wait if you don't tell them? Also, they weren't that understaffed at that time. If you're having a terrible day at your job you don't take it out on the customers who just want to be serviced timely and professionally.

This is by far my favorite location! They know my order just by my voice. It’s always correct and they go above and beyond for their customers. They always have a smile on their face and are very friendly. Ms. Karen is the best I look forward to seeing her every morning !

Terrible quality in the drinks they are making. I ordered a large coffee and this is what I got. I got all milk and sugar with no coffee in it. I wont be coming back to this dunkin ever again.

This is how much we got we when we ordered the medium size. This is not the first time. This is happend so many time which is why I’m posting the review. Apart from half the quantity, drink is barely warm.
