Phenomenal customer service! I didn’t even get out of my car! I went to replace a loop, when the owner noticed the band was fragile and needed replacing for my vintage Kate Spade watch. He replaced the band with a new one (really nice one!) Reasonably priced. Can’t beat the customer service! Will definitely keep for future watch repair needs!

Despite having to work from home due to COVID-19, I still received excellent service and customer service. I called to have my battery replaced in my watch. Well, It is hard to tell what is the right price for repair a band. Could be a buckle, resize down or resize up. cutter pins, spring bars, probably it have to me solder or end piece. Feel free to call us for an appointment. Thanks
