Mr Bill Patefield who went above and beyond to help me when my 2014 Honda Odyssey broke down in front of autozone . He tested the battery and found battery is completely drained because of alternator is gone. I just changed the battery yesterday so it was not battery. He took the battery out from car and put it for charge and he then found a mechanic for me to replace alternator so I can drive the car. I don’t know how to thank Mr Patfield . He is absolutely good human being and God Bless him . I love autozone for their great customer service. Sajal Das Frisco

Awesome Auto Zone Experience! I had a daughter break down late Friday night and when I showed up to help her out, we found that the battery was needing to be replaced. We were a long way from our home but luckily we were just a couple of miles from this Auto Zone in Frisco TX that was open tell 11:00 pm! We bought the new battery but unfortunately I did not have any tools to replace it. We were helped by two friendly and very helpful employees, Josh and Molly! They loaned the exact sized socket wrench that we needed and let us take the tools miles away to make the repair and just trusted us to return them when we were done! Thanks again for your great service and trust Josh and Molly!

If, this was the one in Frisco, I wasn't too impressed or happy. Customer service was semi dry, and they really didn't want to help! Now the one off of 380 & 720 has the BEST customer service, and they HELP you, and go out their way to make sure, you have what you need, and answer any questions you may have ☺

Friendly and helpful staff. No one seems particularly bent on trying to oversell. I've always been given options and could make the choice on my own. No aggressive upselling, just good old fashioned customer service.
