The staff is friendly and the equipment options are plentiful. I recently rejoined and I'm trying to find that morning time frame when it's not too busy. I will add, that the women's restroom needs housekeeping at all times. Also, enforce the female members to clean up after themselves .

I previously gave PF Frisco a 5-Star rating, but it has changed. I don’t know if management has changed or what’s going on, but the cleanliness of the facility is going wayyyy down. On every visit, I now pick up the trash other gym members are leaving behind because the staff clearly are not. The trash cans are constantly overflowing and the ‘cleaning stations’ are NOT clean. Machines are staying out of order, extended amounts of time. The music isn’t even as upbeat. None of these things I’ve mentioned today were ever an issue before. The gym was being well-maintained. Now, it’s like they don’t care as much. It’s very disappointing to see the decline. Obviously, if we can see it, so can the local management. So what’s the saying: if you see something, do something. Your customers should not have to clean your facility. The price to be a member can’t be beat. But, standards for quality should be the same. What you did to get us should be what you do to keep us.

Very clean club with great equipment. I love the 30-minute circuit, but this club’s setup is a little strange: all the leg machines are in a row. Other clubs have them interspersed with the upper body machines. I don’t use the circuit here, for that reason.

I'm an avid gym goer and I actually enjoy the laid back atmosphere of this planet fitness however, lately there have been several issues. 1. The gym isn't always clean, spray bottles to clean equipment are often empty and no napkins are available. 2. They have it FREEZING in this gym. Gyms aren't about comfort they are about hard work. I can't even break a sweat in the gym because they have it so cold now. The freezing temperatures leave room for injury and cramping of the muscles. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!! 3. Closing without warning!!!! There have been several times that I've gone to this gym only to find a note on the door that they are closing early. This is a huge inconvenience as it's a 24 hour gym. I understand that finding workers is hard right now, but atleast figure out a way to notify people via the PLANETFITNESS app. What's the purpose of the app if it can't be used for things like that? Also may I suggest hiring a night time security guard instead of depending on staffing overnight? This would prevent the closures over night.

Yes they are open. I was there thus morning.
It has Arc fitness cross trainers, which work in an elliptical fashion like you want.
Was there a question in there or should this be posted as a review?
Yes! Just show your I.D. but you must have the black card membership.
Yes but with my old plan the membership cost was the same, so you only get discount with insurance
You can join PF starting at the age of 13 with a parent/legal guardian’s permission; they must be present with you during the sign-up process. Members aged 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when they work out. Members who are 15 to 17 years old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file.
We do have a capacity restriction at this time. Call or drop by for more information!
