I canceled my membership in person at the gym and associate closed the account without informing me my membership has not being auto drafted for past 5 months. All the auto draft info was provided and confirmed at sing up. During this time I used gym multiple time but no one mentioned this, got no bill or reminder from store or corporate level. I got a surprise bill from from collections 6 months later will all sort of fees added to it. I called manager (Veronica) and was told employee who closed my account is not here anymore and they can’t do anything so just pay the bill to collection company. I called corporate office left numerous messages but no call back in over 6 weeks. What kinda company is this, if you don’t even bill or inform customers about dues. It is impossible to even pay ur bill. This companies core value and principles are set up to harass customers. Reply to owner- gave you name and all other necessary information, still no follow up.

I was a member here for a couple of months. I can agree with others. The customer service is terrible. The upper management just cares about $$. They don’t actually care about you. I recently canceled my membership and they had said “I did not have to pay after the month of my cancellation” no cancellation fee or anything. They then tried to charge me and said that it would get sent to collections. Over service has just been terrible. The environment; out of all honesty it’s not a “family fitness” place. doesn’t represent there name at ALL. I’m very happy I don’t attend this gym anymore.

Great gym for the price. Good location and great for early morning or lunch time workouts.

I love this gym and the staff. I feel the Corporate is not providing enough to this old center to upkeep equipment, TV connectivity to treadmill and other equipment, music sound system and most importantly WiFI. Many things that go down stays down for very long. Despite all this I have been faithfully going to this gym for past 4 years due to its proximity and staff.
