Omg I must the Customer service with Brett today was great. I came in to get a tire and even though they were slammed he got me in. I heard him talk to customers and he was very upfront with them. Brett is a very honest guy and told me what was going every step of the way. Definitely will be back. Thank you again for saving me!

I tried this location 3 months ago. Today, the part they replaced failed. I had such a horrible experience here 3 months ago that I didn't even want to try and get them to replace the part. At Brakes Plus, I discovered that Firestone charged me 4X more than the repair truly costs, and that they spliced the wires rather than replace the whole part. I also experienced the multiple delays mentioned in other reviews. I will be sure to tell my friends and family not to go to Firestone.

I have been a long time Firestone customer in every city I lived in. This has to be the worst experience I have ever received, twice now at this location. Scheduled to drop off my car at noon, called back at 6:30 pm and was told that they are pulling my car in now and will be done at 7. Showed up at 7pm and saw my car being pulled up on the lift. Was told 30 more mins. It wasn’t done until 8:30pm! For an oil change where I can take it anywhere else and get it done within an hour. I witnessed technicians standing around and not working most of the time. I understand the worker shortage, but to not give customers accurate timing and expectations is poor service. They need to better schedule car drop offs based on technician workload. They also called and asked me if I could leave the car overnight. Unacceptable.

I made an appointment weeks ago to drop my car off for an alignment (lifetime alignment deal that I purchased there) and tire rotation. The appointment was at 7a.m. Needless to say I had to call around 1p.m. to inquire of the status of my car. Don’t recall the person that answered but he said that it was on the alignment rack and should be ready soon. Well, I got a call from someone at 4 p.m telling me that the air cabinet filter need to be replaced and my right low beam light bulb was out. I was already aware that the bulb needed to be replaced because I’d asked the guy to look at it when I dropped the car off. The outlandish quote of $314 to replace a light bulb that only cost $22 is ridiculous. When I asked why so much, he says because of the extensive labor. I knew better because the dealership quoted be $70 for the bulb and labor. So, not sure what type of labor they intended to do but it won’t be at my expense. Then, I asked if my car was ready and be said another 30-40 minutes. I arrived around 4:45 to pick up my car and it was still being serviced. Once it was finally ready and I went to get in it and there were black oil/grease stains on my driver and passenger seats. Then, as I started to drive and turned onto Eldorado, the low tire pressure light came on which tells me that they forged the paperwork that I was given because it showed that air was put in all four tires. I had to turn around and drive back to have that fixed. The young man that assisted me apologized although it wasn’t him that worked on my car. Once I got home I noticed two black marks on the rear passenger side of my car that wasn’t there prior. So, beware when you take your car to this location very subpar service.
