Staff is spot on! Absolutely the most accommodating and pleasant around! Housekeeping was wonderful. Grounds were great. Most importantly it is so very quiet, you cannot hear anything between rooms, so incredibly nice at the end of the day! Best Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality and pride in your Hotel!

A day into my stay I notice blood splatter on the ceiling and down the wall of my room (adjacent to the door) and immediately notified the front desk. I was surprised at how dismissive they were so before I left for work I went to speak to the front desk manager and pressed them to call the police. I noticed after work that the blood had been scrubbed & cleaned so I checked in with the front desk manager I had spoke to earlier and she told me that police had come, documented the splatter, taken samples, and even went as far as to go into detail about the conversation she had with the dispatcher. Until now, I had decided to stay since it seemed as if the staff was taking it seriously and taking the right measures to notify the police… but then I called the local police department to verify they had indeed made a visit and I was informed that the police had never been notified and no officer had been dispatched to the motel at any point in the day. They immediately sent an officer over and luckily I had pictures and videos of the scene for him to see, but knowing that the motel had lied about calling the police and scrubbed away evidence of whatever happened there was incredibly disturbing and unnerving. I grabbed my things and left as soon as the officer was done with his investigation but swung by the front desk to confront the manager that had gone into so much detail about an outright lie. She continued to lie to my face and shift blame shamelessly. Absolutely unacceptable. I understand that things happen, but being negligent and then outright lying, over and over again, is just jaw dropping. Don’t stay here if your looking for a safe and honest environment. This is not the place. *Since I can’t respond to the comment made by the “owner” I would like to address that I checked in Monday evening and noticed it Tuesday night, my apologies for mistaking the timeline but it was not minor by any means. Concentrated blood splatter on a ceiling that extends down the wall (to any degree) should be taken with the upmost utmost seriousness.

My vehicle broke down in Big Spring as I was traveling from San Antonio to Salt Lake City! The staff at Quality Inn made my unexpected 4 day stay perfect! The management team (Beau & Priti) worked to ensure I was well accommodated and comfortable as I waited patiently each day for my vehicle to be repaired. Their genuine compassion and authenticity exceeded any expectations when I initially booked the room. I will absolutely stay here at Quality Inn if I ever need to stay the night in Big Spring, Texas!

Beau and his wife are the finest people you could meet. They maintain everything very well, the Hot Tub and the Swimming Pool are indoors and perfectly clean. The gym and laundry are awesome! I stayed here for 2 months as a travel Nurse. Most of the nurses on this travel assignment stayed here because it is far better than the other hotels in Big Spring. I stayed in the Comfort Inn and Sleep Inn and was not happy until I found this place Quality Inn and Suites. I am very happy to stay here long term or short term. This place is awesome!
