Told my husband not to go back because he has his Anytime membership through his health insurance. We have been to dozens of Anytime Fitness’s in Texas and none have ever had an issue with how we had an Anytime Membership besides this one. Currently working with corporate to get this issue solved so they can’t single out other people like they chose to do to my husband. I’ve been there myself and was never told this was an issue, despite the fact we have the exact same form of membership through our insurance. To respond to this facilities comment: I am a paying member. I pay monthly for access to Anytime Fitness gyms as well as the other gyms that are included and apparently your corporate office that we’re working with is misinformed on the issue. *sarcasm* If this is the case you guys have an issue on your hands because our key fobs unlock your doors. I wonder why the key fob of an actual paying member of Anytime Fitness unlocks an Anytime Fitness gym. 🤔 Mysterious indeed. I think this is a case of an owner that sees they only monetarily benefit from those who have this location set as their home gym but do not benefit from visitors. But when your home gym members visit other gyms they are treated fairly and allowed to work out. This looks very poorly on the Anytime Fitness brand to have an owner that operates in this manner and treats guest members as if they are unwelcome or not allowed to be there. Hopefully you can be updated or attend further training so this issue can be resolved and this one bad apple in Anytime Fitness can live up to the wonderful reputation this company typically displays.

Anytime Fitness in Big Spring, Tx is the best organized and clean fitness center I've ever been to thanks to Mr. David Juarez. Coming from someone that travels alot for a living. Thank you David for being very professional.

Most of the anytime fitnesses for the price don’t offer amenities that other gyms do. They’re located across the US, which is nice, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to get a membership with them due to their contract not being flexible for you to cancel. Also, the gym is super tiny compared to other gyms….

It is the best gym in the little town of Big Spring by far! It's always very clean. When something breaks, they fix it within the week (assuming shipping times don't adversely effect the timing). Your membership is valid throughout the entire country so you never have to skip a workout day when you travel. So far every other Anytime I have been to has not disappointed me.
