Every single time I come to this location they have to mess at least 1 thing up. EVERY TIME. My husband and I place our orders online and always make 1 alteration to each he always asks for no Mayo on his sandwich and I always switch my dressing. Do they not read? Or are they too busy laughing and playing to read an order throughly? Because every single time he requests no Mayo they think that means no honey mustard too, so he's left with a dry sandwich. At first we let it slide, thinking "whatever we'll put mustard on it at home" but it is every single time. What's the deal with these employees? I think they need better training or they need to hire people who care more about the job and less about making a quick paycheck and playing with their friends behind the counter. It's not difficult to read it throughly, quit thinking you know what customers want by reading one thing and doing whatever you want with the order.

Ok, most of the preps are as good as you think coming from a fast food deli.....except, the southwest chicken salad. The flavors are everywhere, and nothing complements each other's presence. I have cumin flavor, onion flavor, tortilla flavor, sweet flavor, sour flavor and some flavors that won' t mix. L

Ordered a ham and cheese melt but I received a cold soggy cheese and tomato sandwich instead. Beyond mad and disappointed to of wasted my money. This is not the first time my order was completely wrong either.

Not a bad meal for Big Spring. Still feel $20 for a sandwich, soup and a lemonade from a chain is a bit much if you ask me though. -1 star. Multuple tables were not cleaned, with food remnants still clearly visable despite employees at the counter on their phones. I know clean and disinfected surfaces is important to many during the pandemic, but for me, having to bus my own table = -another star.
