Don’t go to this place aside from the fact that the staff is completely unprofessional they have run down machines jammed into a two family house. I did a mri there on my right leg and they didn’t even tell me to remove my belt before i almost got into the machine luckily I was so nervous I checked

My mom had a mri there. To go inside the machine, they didnt give any headphone, no buzzer nothing. Inside the machine she was terrified, in tears but there was no way to tell anyone. Worst place ever

Save some time and look for another place. If you made an apt you will not be seen on your appointment. They only have one machine and it takes anywhere from 40 mins to an hour for each patient. Receptionist is not organized, documentation was filled out with incorrect information. Also, the basement where they have the machines is very unsafe and run down. No one should be working down there and people should not be be seen in such a dirty environment.

The worst serive you can receive the appointments are not up to date the counter people are not professional at all . 1.Service is not good at all. 2.Customer representative are not informed or educated on their end . 3.Waitng time is very long even if you have appointments you have to wait 2 more hours
