Omg where do I start? So ordered my prescriptions to be delivered, a week later no prescription. So on my 3rd call attempt after waiting the normal 2 minutes it takes to get through the IVR. 10 minutes for them to figure out what is going on, their solution is for them to give me the USPS tracking information for me to handle it! Or I have to go in in person for them to refill my prescription but I also have to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to fill it. They refused to have it ready for me or provide any further help since she clearly stated it was not her fault. Thank you for all your help!

Been coming to this location a couple if times a week for over a year. Overall friendly…..but seriously slow and understaffed in the pharmacy. This is especially the case with covid testing and vaccines added to an already understaffed store. It has the ability to be an excellent store with some work!
