Avoid at all cost, staff is inept. Spent over half an hour in the drive thru waiting for my order, and I was the first car. Never again

Me and my husband ordered last night and he had not complaints but my burger, the bacon swiss was not only burnt but there was only 2 peices of burnt bacon on it that looked like it was thrown on there from across the room, I couldn't tell if there was Swiss cheese on it or not there was no flavor and even the bun was burnt. The curly fries were warmish like they were cooked that morning and sat under the heat lamp all day. We couldn't even eat them. My root beer was flat and got thrown away with the curly fries. I haven't eaten my side salad yet. I didn't get a receipt from using my debit card.
