I had an appointment for an estimate at 11:00 I received a text saying that they would be a little late around 11:30 here it is 1:00 and nobody shows up at all and no phone call very unprofessional

Our teams are currently working shift around the clock. On an average week a shift is completed between 2-6pm. However, we often have variable start times.
