Had an eye exam last year for contacts. Was told I would be able to switch to dailies if the two week contacts irritated my eyes. When I did they would not take them back saying there is different gas permiabilities, then told me I needed another eye exam. Take my money and then say they want to take more? I don't think so.

Eye doctor was great the office help was rude they never said to bring a mask when they called for appointment.

what can i say? well, my insurance didnt cover the entire expense for glasses, it would have for contacts. i had made several trips to pick out the glasses that i wanted. The lady helping me looked over my insurance and encouraged me to pick a more expensive frame to best use my insurance allotment. Not a bad thing. So the glasses i wanted were going to run me $XX OTD. I let her convince me on the more expensive frames, but i also paid the out of pocket expense for the ones that i wanted. Ive lost glasses and had them break twice last year. one cheap pair got brittle and broke, the other i had for a few days and my buddy got squirrely with the boat and the new pair was claimed by the delta. Costco offers the buy one and get $40 off the 2nd frames, this is helpful because it almost completely covered my 2nd set of frames. so now i will have to pairs to get me through however long. 2 styles to alternate. and as i have 2 children, each has their preference, lol. now, the nice young lady was exceptionally patient with me. ive got 2 kids, single father, ive got enough on my plate. she did not get offended when i passed on styles she preferred even though the process got timely. she also did not mind going through additional pairs NOT on display and stored away to help me find a viable option. also, as my emailed prescription was difficult to read, she kept with me while i called in for clarification. i would have enjoyed just one pair. but if something happened to them id be in trouble. now im getting 2, a discount, and 1 is even ready to pickup today. i cant complain so i wont.

I went to the office for a general eye exam to get an updated prescription. This is during the COVID 19 pandemic. None of the equipment was sanitized between patients. During the appointment Dr. Milano removed his mask several times. He also patted my leg just above the knee, and then left his hand on my thigh the entire appointment. I couldn't read the prescription so I called the office three days later. The women who answered was extremely rude and said she couldn't find any of my information in their system.

It varies depending on requests, such as dialation, contacts, glasses, gas permeable lenses. Generally $60-135
You can get lenses put into already owned frames. I'm not sure about the membership.
No you can’t
