For the limited time I attended this place, (pre-covid), I was far less than impressed. While I can't speak for the after school program, and my own child seemed to enjoy their evening class, the adults evening classes never felt worth the time and money. I felt as though I had to keep going to class because I had no good excuse to be there at the same time as my child and not participate, but I feel I would have made better use of the time waiting on my phone for their class to finish. I believe the adult class is taught by the head instructor and owner of the business, which is odd because out of all the instructors I met he seemed to know the least about the karate. While I did take away some knowledge of how to safely take a fall, most of my class time was spent in lectures that, to be honest, seemed to be his way of filling time until the class was over. I often saw my son's class doing kicks, drills, forms, and even weapons, none of which I was able to learn in my time there. The basic anatomy of the class time was warmups, following along through multiple katas one after the other (none quite explained, I was simply aping along to the best of my ability, and found out from my son later that we actually were intended to memorize them), and some sort of partner work that was presented as "real world self defense", but only seemed to work under the circumstance of my partner allowing me to manipulate them in overcomplicated and unrealistic ways. Occasionally though, and completely randomly, the head instructor would leave a class partway through or be absent completely with no explanation. On those days, one of the other teachers would fill in and lead the class, and on those days I actually felt as though I were learning something and that it was practical, and was not only explained but demonstrated in a way that was easy to understand and was shown to have value. Once we even did bo staff and it was a great change of pace from the same forms and partner work every week, but those days were too few and far between and I eventually lost interest. My son and I now take Taekwondo and have built muscle while learning real skills, and ranking up makes us feel accomplished.

We love this place. The family owned business is great to deal with and the owners work to make sure each kid enjoys there stay. The all day programs over the summer and the after school programs are great. The kids learn discipline and respect. My wife enjoyed her class as well. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent teachers and management. This is a place with the right approach to true martial arts both physical and mental, etc.

How much are classes for adults?

They just updated their prices. Your best bet is to call and ask. The price goes down if you have kids that go there. Well worth it. Not somewhere to learn flashy kicks. This is real old school self-defense.
