We stop by sometimes to visit the ducks and geese. The grounds are clean and peaceful. Lots of fun species of ducks - Muscovy, Mallard, Canadian Geese, Harlequin?, Pekin?, and some others I couldn't pen. Staff are very friendly as well.

I rented from Southfork for about 9-10 years. A few years ago they said that they would not renew my lease because i wouldn't buy the house. I complained and that issue just disappeared. THIS YEAR they did it again, only this time they stuck to their guns. Wont renew our lease because i dont want to buy the house. I would have bought a house there if it was big enough. The one i was in was too small for my family. I would have bought a house if the credit score didnt have to be 100%immaculate! More than 650 for a score. I upgraded a lot in the house including putting in tile flooring and fixing up the bathrooms and kitchen. Putting up back splash. The 1983 home looked more like mid 2000's. I planted plants in the yard. I just tried to keep the house nice, all around and yet this is how they treat their people. Maintenance men i love them! Juan is really amazing, great hard worker. Eileen i love her too. Everybody else gotta go. You dont treat loyal residents like that.

We have lived here since 2014 and love it! This is honestly the best place I have lived in this price range. Safe, secure, country atmosphere with all amenities available with 15 minutes. The staff are amazing and this is truly a community that cares.

We have been here since 2012. We love it here. I am glad they are taking care of the excess cars. If you don't ave a sticker for your car, it will get towed and you are allowed 3 cars per property. If you can't abide by the rules, then this is probably not the place for you.
