Creekside South is the” BEST “place to live the grounds are gorgeous and well kept. Sarah and her staff are so Great they are always eager to help in anyway and if you call the office they always end the call saying; “If you need anything please let us know” how AWESOME is that. When you walk the grounds of Creekside South its very Homie and pet friendly if you have a maintenance issue it’s resolved in no time at all. I call them Super Hero’s because they come ready to work with a Smile. So if you are looking for a place to stay choose Creekside South it’s in walking distance to store and has all-around Good Vibes.

I have been living here since over 9 years and since Harbor Group Mgmt took over. The property has went down hill. My air conditioning has been out and when I called for maintenance to come and fix it after hours when the temperature was above 85 degrees they waited three hours later to say it cooler outside so it has to wait until the morning. I’ve a son with a medical condition in which I told him and he hung up in my face. This is the recent incident with this apartment the list goes on and on. These are the worst apartments in the Wylie area. I don’t recommend anyone to rent here.

Love living here! Very nice apartments. It’s a sweet community and very family friendly. Office staff is professional, helpful and quick to address any needs. Maintenance is quickly responsive in the event that we need their services as well. Have enjoyed living here for 2.5 years! Especially in the summer when it is perfect pool weather!

Lived here from June 2016-October 2017. The office staff when I moved in was wonderful, I honestly can't say much about the new staff because I only dealt with them when picking up packages. I loved the floor plan of my one bedroom, the location was great, but I do believe it was overpriced. I had a lot of pests in the apartment and there were always spiders on the balcony. I noticed several things wrong upon move in that I thought would be fixed (my kitchen island cabinet was cracked and pushed in on one side, cracking in walls around plugs, etc) but they were never addressed. The apartments are not well insulated between floors. My downstairs neighbors seemed to hear every footstep I took, but I do understand that is bound to happen with apartments. There was always parking for myself and my guests, which was nice! One thing that did bother me was the last two months I lived here, the gates were stuck open. They sent out an email stating they knew and were working on it but... two months is a bit excessive to not have them fixed. Overall I enjoyed my time here and probably wouldn't have moved if the prices weren't so high.
