Made an appointment and got there 15min earlier. Waited for 55 min for the tech to get car and 5 min later brought the car out and told me that they couldn’t align my vehicle. Really, I even told another employee that I called and told them that my vehicle was lowered and if they were able to get it done and they told me yes. This was the 4th Firestone I went to and the first time they could not do the alignment. Wasted of time and drive, store the most filthy o ever been and they don’t have no customer service.

Curve ball

Went in today for an alignment and ended up telling them I wanted an oil change as well. They said it would take about 2 or 3 hours which we expected because we were dropping the car off. So 4 hours later, we get a text informing us the car is ready. We got there and we saw the car still up on the rack, and not only did they not do the oil change but they weren't even done with the alignment yet. So then they asked us if we still wanted the oil change and they said it would be another hour wait. We hastily declined. On top of this, they tried to sell us an engine air filter and a cabin air filter because they were "filthy" and needed replacing (which were both replaced around 2 weeks ago) for an extra $94. I work in the auto parts industry and I know the filters they use are four to six dollars apiece and it takes all of 10 seconds to replace them and don't even require tools. DON'T EVER LET PLACES LIKE THIS INSTALL AIR FILTERS. IT IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
