wow... used to be my go to for motorcycle tire mounts. Used them last year to mount my Harley tire before leaving town for a temp assignment. The tire never held air properly. OK it HAS been a whole year so I had no expectation of any warranty work... cash in hand to have them change the tube. Was told flat out they WOULD NOT "repair" a tire and rudely told "see ya" as in don't come back. Even had audacity to state that if 'they' mounted the tire it was with the old tube?!?!? Seriously??? (supposedly they put a new tube in last time). No problem - I won't come back. I'll spend my Wylie $$ in Plano at Cycle Gear or other less attitude-al establishment. update... Cycle Gear gave me the (brand new, btw) tube they removed and it was plainly pinched on install.

My experience has been a good, but this time the owner son quoted me a price for two tires, but when I came back to get the tires put on he gave me different price and also admitted he did not add the taxes with the quote price in front of his father, that because he know he told me a different amount, he know he was lying but didn't want to admit that in front of his father. Trying to show me a note he written down but I know and he know what came out of his mouth im very upset. I'm not sure who yellow sticker it was. And his dad really felt I was lying. Kids lye too.

I cant say enough great things about Dan and the folks at Wylie Tire Shop. He is straight forward and honest and has earned my trust for the long haul. Just bought (4) new tires for my ford focus and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will always recommend Wylie Tire Shop!
