My beloved elderly fur baby was dying. The receptionist answering the phone showed great compassion and helped me get him registered. The vet that saw him quickly assessed him and was Both knowledgeable and compassionate. Unfortunately he had to be euthanized but they handled my baby and me with the utmost respect and Care of which I was very appreciative of.

I took my dog in for having an allergic reaction at midnight. I called first because I had never been here before and they were very helpful. We were seen immediately and every single employee treated us with kindness and respect. Even called my dog by her name when taking her back. She is an anxious dog and they were very patient. (I could even hear the nurse when she took her to the back and remained speaking to my dog with a sweet tone and using her name). I would 1,000% recommend taking your animal here if you're ever in need of emergency care in Garland.

One of my babies went into labor and was having complications. I brought her into Blue Pearl to get help. Dr Travis Dennet is my hero. He saved my dog from an operation, although one of her puppies couldn’t be saved he was phenomenal in getting my Pomeranian to finish labor, kept me updated and truly is a HERO! The staff here is excellent. I will not hesitate with Emergencies for my fur babies to return here for Emergency care. This has been by far my VERY BEST EMERGENCY VET experience. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you Blue Pearl for taking care of my fur baby, as she is having babies!!

My little 6lb Poodle mix was bitten by a large dog in a scuffle on a Satuday afternoon. We took here to BluePearl for emergency services. Even little Lucy was comfortable with the care and attention. Clean, kind and professional. And the emergency costs were quite fair.
