Front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate. It's an older hotel that is having issues with thermostats in the rooms as well as fridges. Was in 3 rooms in 4 days, the thermostat wasn't working in 2 of those rooms (including the last room) I suffered thru 74⁰ in the room because I was tired of moving. The staff can only do so much when they aren't given an adequate property to work with.

It gave me extended stay vibes. The room wasn’t as clean as some of the other IHG hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was small and the ceilings where at my husband head. The Tv was tiny. The building looked old and smelled wet. Definitely will not be staying here again.

When i went to check in I had a problem I booked for another day instead that night. There was this very well dressed front lady with her beautiful make up on by the name of KIMBERLY who took her time to help me. Even though my issues was took long to fix she was very professional and took care of the other guess as well, very well spoken. Room was so beautiful and cleaned. Morning crew I would say the need to be a bit more polite with their guess may be Learn a few things from Kimberly. If ur not a people person ur in the wrong field.

Positive: The whirlpool was fantastic. The water came out scalding hot and made for an amazing hot tub experience. Everything worked properly, the room was really nice! Negative: The location was a bit tough to get around, most streets closed off. Barely any staff around and housekeeping was rare.
