First room wasn't comfortable for us and we asked for a different room, we needed more bedding, towels and an extra key for our pregnant daughter arriving at a later time. Everything we asked for was delivered quickly and without issue. Other room was just right. Staff went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable with extra long pillow for her baby bump. Check in and out is easy, parking available and places to eat close by, Thank you again to the staff.

Positive: We turned down the first room we were offered. The second room was spacious with a working kitchenette. There were light breakfast foods available in the lobby for a reasonable price. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Negative: The hotel room was not recently vacuumed. Carpets had dust and debris in the corners of the living area as well as the bedroom and bathroom. Workmanship was very sloppy (tiles missing under vanity, paint smears and drips.

Overall, the room was comfortable and location was safe. Wish that the cleaning staff would have refilled the bathroom supplies, provided clean towel and empty out coffee pot.

Nice hotel... only one elevator, but we never had to wait any amount of time for it. Choice of pillows on the bed was nice. One was soft and puffy - the second was firm and flatter. The really different thing about this place, that I've never seen elsewhere, is that they have a "lending library" of sorts, but rather than books they lend games, puzzles, even a crockpot!! Yes, these rooms are suites, so have a full size fridge and a stove and sink, so I guess you can borrow the crockpot and make your meal in your room for later in the day. Interesting place.
