I went in this morning to the Chelsea branch for a 10:30 appointment. The guy who I met with did not even bother to introduce himself let alone shake my hand. I was initially there to get help with the job stack application which I could tell he knew nothing about. When he would go to look for me in the system and couldn’t find me all he could tell me it was something I didn’t do on my end. When I asked what, he was simply lost for words. Not to mention the whole time I am talking to him he has a meeting with 4 other people on Skype which he wasn’t even a part of with the volume on high. Very unprofessional. I politely asked him if he could turn it down and he rudely replied, that this was his job. Then he asked for a SS card which I did not have on me nor was I told to bring in. I only drove 45 min from Salem. I would have to say after 10 min around this man I was completely and utterly fed up with his lack of knowledge for the job and is lack of basic people skills. I don’t know what this guy thinks he does all day but, I know it isn’t work !

1/3 of my work tickets workers did not show up for at all On the rest of my work tickets I either got half the requested workers or they showed up several hours late. When I spoke with the staff at this branch they did not care and made little to no effort to get any workers out to my job site. Avoid this branch at all costs

I worked for 3 days and wasn’t paid. Each time I called Monique or whatever tells me she has the paperwork in front of her yet giving me attitude bc Im politely asking why I haven’t been paid 6 days later. If you have the paper work in front of you and I haven’t been paid then what tf are you doing ?!
