Parking permits are a joke. Auto renewed for covid and then didn’t send out any notifications for any renewals and just started ticketing. Amount of money they make in ticketing residents they could at-least fix the roads and the smell of the city hall.

City Hall in Chelsea Mass make sure to have cash because they do not have any payment system for a credit card or debit cards but they have some type of kiosk machine that you can make a payment on? and while entering the city of Chelsea make sure to call a week after to make sure you did not receive a parking ticket because you will not get a notice until after 21 days in the mail if you even receive one. What a Good operation scam for City Hall or parking enforcement to issue tickets without leaving a ticket on vehicle.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 And not to allow you to leave a complaint or parking Enforcement operation...👍

At the treasure's office you cannot. Just cash and I think check. However, there's a kiosk machine where you can pay your parking tickets with a card but it will charge you a fee of maybe $2..
