This place is amazing my husband has been taking our doggy Otis since he was a pup and now we taking our new pup there I just love all the doctors there! They are kind and clean they care about the animals. It’s been around for a long time for a reason bc they are clean and they care and they are just plain amazing!! If you are in the Irving area or even Dallas or literally anywhere In the Dallas metroplex. This is the place to go especially if you love your animals as much as I love My cat and dogs. Haha But for real this place is amazing and I recommend it to anybody and everybody. I’m very picky with how clean the doctors offices are and I’m very thankful with how much this place cares for animals . This place Is amazing!

I will say it's a bit pricy but I have been bringing my cats here almost every year. I had my cat spayed, and she was a stray rescue I brought inside and she's had a couple health issues that worried me. This was my main reason I decided to have her spayed at the clinic instead of choosing SpayNeuter Network like I did with my kitten since she was healthy compared to her mom. I had extra blood tests run on her and they found she might possibly have a slightly inflamed Pancreas and to give her special food to avoid it irritating it. If I had taken her to the SpayNeuter Network, I most likely wouldn't have known this and it most likely would've become a big issue at a later date. I also loved how they handled her during the check up. She would normally be spicy at home but here, she was nervous to the point of shaking and the techs and vet did their best to handle her appointment as efficiently as possible to avoid stressing her more 🥺 I would recommend brining your pets here if you have an average budget of maybe $100-$300 for each cat. It just varies on any conditions they may have.

I take my dog here and I will honestly recommend this location to anyone I know in the Irving area The staff are very welcoming, the doctors that I have been serviced by are very professional and human and are comfortable to talk to about anything of the pet’s condition. I love it here and will continue to take my pet here as long as I’m in the Irving area.

Very good vet (Dr Diann Smith) Right off Story Rd, perfect for Irving Residents Plenty of parking — Easy to call and make appointment, even for new patients — When you arrive for your appointment, call them and tell them you’re there and they’ll come to get you and your pup shortly — If you end up needing any meds for your pet, they give them to you there before you leave! — Around $50 per visit which isn’t too bad
