My dog only needed an allergy shot. I've been to multiple Banfields. My dog is my emotional support animal and I've never been asked to separate from him. They refused to treat my animal because they said my vet provider was too afraid of COVID to have any contact with people, meanwhile none of the staff wore masks and no hand sanitizer in sight. Very upset my baby now has delayed treatment and suffering due to this.

They get the job done as I request it. It's a bit pricey, but professional none the less and responsive. My dog seems to tolerate the visits. It's not like home for him.

I took my dog for bath, deshedding and nail trimming but it took them almost 4 hrs to get that done. And on top of that they didnt do a good job at that.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
