If you want to try pour over coffee, this is not the place. The temperature of the coffee and quality of the brew is ridiculous poor. I’m not sure if the barista who brewed my coffee even knows how to make a pour over. I usually brew my own pour over(for years) and wanted to try this place, so that I can buy dated beans here, but I think it may not be for me. The ambience is really good and cozy, love the seating.

10/10 CAN I SAY IT ANY LOUDER. You guys. This place. Is magnificent. I’ve drive 30 minutes out multiple times this week just to get the coffee and pastries. The coffee is amazing. It’s that simple. I’m the type to like bitter hot coffee but sweet iced coffee and they do it exactly like that. I was so impressed because I’ve been to so many coffee shops in DFW and this was the first place where I had coffee that wasn’t sickened sweet but also not overly bitter. I also tried their pecan coffee muffin. Wonderful. I would eat 5 a day if I could. There’s a drive through here as well, but I really enjoy coming in and sitting down since the atmosphere is nice. Definitely a 11/10.

Homemade pastries check, 2nd story seating check, coffee check! Pretty interesting coffee shop with two stories and tons of workers and people just studying away! The croissant and oat milk sopapilla iced latte ended up ~$10. the home made heated croissant was quiet buttery and good! sopapilla latte was interesting, their roasted beans makes it a different hint I can not describe. Its not my choice of beans personally. This drink was very popular with different staff fyi, but I can just live with the regular latte.

I love WRC!! The coffee is always delicious and the staff are always friendly. Their coffee beans are amazing too when I make their coffee at home. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of how slow it can be and the parking situation. When it’s crowded, it can take a long time to get your order and the parking lot is confusing and frustrating - parts of it are impossible to get to. Other than that, this is one of the best local coffee shops and I love supporting them!
