I booked this hotel for a family reunion. Bree and Austin greeted us and checked us in. Austin was awesome and extremely accommodating, Bree was super friendly. Then, I met Amy in Housekeeping. She was absolutely amazing...helping me with our laundry, our towels and making sure our guestrooms. She went above and beyond every single day. And last, but certainly not least...I met Holly who was our helpful hero and full of knowledge. Kudos to this hospitality team for hitting a homerun for my family on July 1-4, 2022!

This was probably the best place we stayed on our 10-day trip! Rooms were clean and comfortable. My girls appreciated hot chocolate in the lobby before bed. Hot breakfast was delicious and varied (scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelettes, sausage patties, diced potatoes, crockpot oatmeal, TX waffles in vanilla or cinnamon roll- flavored batter, mini waffles, bread and bagels for toasting, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, milk; plus Terrie was super friendly, always cheerfully replenishing food and checking in with guests to see if they needed anything). And the outdoor pool was very clean and delightful for cooling off after a hot day. Great place to stay!

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and the A/C was cold. Front desk lady was super enthusiastic about how we both had Ram 1500's. Very friendly.

First, I received an email that asked for me to get the "App"and I would receive a key code prior to my arrival. This never happened. The login process in order to access the app is ridiculous with its security "pictures" and I was never able to login to see if I could get my key code. I sat in the parking lot calling the hotel for 15 minutes in order the get a key code, so I wouldn't have to go to the lobby and wait in line since I had already checked in online. The phone was never answered. Frustrated, I went to the lobby, stood in line and waited like everyone else until I could ask for a key. What is the point of getting an app and going through the process of a speedy check in when you have to go to the lobby and get a key anyway? It's also 102 degrees in Texas and the air conditioner in my room was set on 80. It took 2 hours to cool the room off enough to sleep. Pathetic. Not to mention the carpet around the air conditioner was wet. This is a safety concern as someone could be electrocuted if standing barefoot messing with the AC and there is a short. Finally, no soap in the room for showering. I called the front desk and was informed that there was no soap because of Covid. Are you freaking kidding me? Really? You can put a coffee machine, coffee, cups, lotion, shampoo and a phone in the room, but a bar of soap will increase the chances of contacting the Corona Virus? For these reasons, I will be cancelling my account and I will not be returning to ANY Hampton Inn and Suites, or any of their affiliates in the future, and I feel I deserve a full refund.
