Every time we go here, it’s not busy but we sure wait a long time for eggs and sausage. Last night our sever was nice, seemed a little inexperienced though. We asked for onions in the hash browns, and crispy. They came out with a stack of raw onions on top of them. 🤯. The second attempt was less hash browns, burnt to a crisp with onions cooked inside. They weren’t even edible. When we asked to have the extra charge removed then off our bill the manager had a terrible attitude and was rude. Over $1. We didn’t ask to comp our meal-just to not pay for hash browns that we couldn’t eat.

I wish I could give it a zero! Zoey the girl in front we walk in and ask for two pellle and she ignored you and then precedes to answer phone and ignore and doesn’t tell she is not the one who registers people after I kid you not 10 min and then when you confront her about it she has an attitude she has no customer service skills what so ever and doesn’t know how to talk to customers will never go into this establishment and will be talking to higher management!!

The most rude and inconsiderate staff ever!!! Walked in at 5:15am and waited for over 15 minutes to be seated while all of the employees who weren't busy didn't not once acknowledged us. One girl was eating and the other made it obvious that she wasn't interested in a other table. And just for the record they were NOT busy and I have waited my fair share of tables so before you comment know that this isn't some rant coming from someone who would ever leave a bad review over something if it wasn't just flat out unexceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves. We left and went to sherman where we know they have polite as well as presentable employees.

Short drive from my hotel to IHOP. Food was hot & very good. Clean,warm restaurant with sweet, attentive waitress. Comfortable booths. Delicious dark sweet tea.
