I called ahead to verify they had a room available and a very nice woman answered and told me yes, they have plenty of available rooms and there was no need to make a reservation for that afternoon. She explained the pet policy to me and was very helpful. Then we get here a couple hours later, as planned, and the man working the desk claimed they only have one room left and it’s naturally their most expensive room. I checked online and it shows they still had two of the regular rooms available. Pros: The AC works well and the bed is big and decently comfortable. The water pressure is great, and I appreciate that they’re pet-friendly. Aside from the guy who checked me in, most of the staff I’ve bumped into since arriving have been really cool/nice and seem to be working hard. Cons: The man at the front desk was rude and incompetent, and is the main reason my perception of this hotel is so bad. Everything else I could’ve dealt with better if it hadn’t been for the “welcoming” we got. The room is rough: the floors are uneven and half the lights don’t work, there’s a weird perpetually damp spot on the floor right when you walk in, the fridge smells like mold, the microwave looks like it’s from the 80s and doesn’t reheat food, the sofa is broken and dirty, the ceiling is flaking off in the bathroom, and the TVs don’t work. Overall: The woman who answered when I first called, Sabrina, and the maintenance and room service staff get 5 stars. Hotel gets 2 and the guy at the front desk gets 0.

When I made the reservation I did ask for a walk in shower but I didn't get one I did get a shower chair I realized after the bottom of the one leg didn't have the grip on it so that was a little bit scary because I'm disabled. The bed was very hard we got there before check-in time the room was ready so they let us check in early the staff was very nice. The continental breakfast wasn't very inviting boiled eggs cereal and Waffles and muffins but besides that it was a Pleasant stay

Stayed here for the last month. This is a well run , well kept hotel. Spacious rooms, I had no room issues or any other. Housekeeping is efficient and easily accessible if you need something. My room was easy to heat/cool and I was there during this past ice storm. Parking lot is clean with plenty of room for large autos and trucks. Outdoor pool looks nice although it wasn’t open but sitting at the window table that overlooks it is a nice spot. Plenty of tv channels as well. Also laundry room is clean with a nice washer & dryer at end of hall on first floor by the stairs. Exercise room is on second floor by the stairs…. Easy to get around in this hotel.

I had made a reservation at the Motel 6 across the parking lot and was met with a rude staff who had cancelled my reservation and I walked out and drove to La Quinta. BEST MOVE EVER! Great motel, beautiful room, comfortable bed & plenty of hot water. I stayed three nights and enjoyed their morning breakfasts too. I WILL BE BACK!
