So far so good, nice site available with full hook-ups we stayed in site A43 right next to a freshly renovated bathrooms and the pool just 100 yards away. Although the pools are closed due to "technical difficulties" 🤷♀️ whatever that means? One draw back is the $3 up charge per day for the 50amp service.

First trip here and had a great time. Staff very friendly and helpful. The park was clean and quiet. Our boys loved the pool. Great time playing Bingo, each one of our boys won. We will definitely coming back.

The resort has put on a lot of improvements. The Rec Center was remodeled. The swimming pool bathroom was leveled and rebuilt. The A-Loop bathroom has been remodeled last year. And at least in April of 2022, they have several food trucks there as well. Looking sharp Texoma!

Rustic campground so don't expect a resort style experience. Roads are terrible, facilities extremely dated and in need of upgrades, no WiFi, and...if you like creepy crawly creatures...this is your place. A scorpion LITERALLY crawled into my shower stall while I was showering in the park shower rooms. Customer service was just okay. Hope for a better experience if we ever decide to visit this area again and stay at this Thoussnd Trails.

Friday I went on an emergency call because the telephone and wifi was not working. We found and fixed the issue. Wifi is back up an running.
Yes there is. The property is surrounded by the Corp of Engineers land. There are State Parks within driving distance (Juniper Point) that have trails as well.
There was steam coming from it as it is an outdoor hot tub but the gate was locked so I couldn't go in. I wood suggest calling the office and ask them. Their number is 903-523-5218
They told me 11am. But this time of year i think there a little flexible
