This has been my dogs vet for the last 7 years. They are a busy office but were able to work my dog in quickly and did a wonderful job. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable.

I had a couple of stray cats "show up" at my home. So I made an appointment to have them fixed. They let me borrow a couple of traps for a $75 refundable deposit. I dropped them off in the morning and went back late afternoon to pick them up. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The heartbreaker...there was a candle lit on the counter stating that someone was saying goodbye to their furever friend and asked to be respectfully quiet. I am taking my Princess KeeKee in May to have her spayed.

Took my dog here for swelling in the throat, they took samples and shipped of for diagnosis, results came back NA, visit cost me 290, and gave my dog a 83.00 subscription, lump went away and came right back, dog also lost half her weight on subscription and now has problems walking or standing. When I called about it they wanted to charge me 390 for an emergency visit and couldnt see us for over two

Our best buddy Rogue was needing emergency care, no other vets in the Red Bluff Cottonwood area had time to evaluate and treat. We called the office and arrived within 30 min of the initial contact. The staff and Dr were very compassionate and professional. Though Rogue is not with us today, the experience with this office and staff left a lasting image.
