The staff is super polite and helpful, and the equipment and amenities are great. Running a business is already just so difficult, throw the Covid nightmare on top of it and it’s got to just be hell. (and I will not mince words to appease you: every Covid measure was an abject failure that hurt small businesses and the average worker and (surprise!) benefitted the worst people like always, while doing nothing to help the most vulnerable. It was a shameful collective decision.) I did cancel my membership, however, because the hours just aren’t ideal for me. Being closed on Sunday just won’t work. But I’m still giving five stars because thankfully they don’t do contracts anymore so cancelling was super easy and because of that fact alone, I might someday come back. The contract model just infuriates people and ensures once they escape, they’re gone for good.

After they took everyone’s money during Covid they decided to raise their membership prices to $89.99 which is almost double what they were before but they don’t even have half the classes the offered when memberships were cheaper so basically you pay more for a lot less?

This gym was my favorite, I was the oldest member when they first open, and I have been holding their membership for almost 6 years, my payment was 19.99 a month plus the locker total 29.99 during the pandemic they didn’t frozen my membership and still charging while they close. After they reopen. My payment wasn’t the same anymore they started charge me for 59.99 and they started closing the gym early which it doesn’t fit my schedule and I had a shoulder injury so I decided to froze my membership. After few month I think my shoulder was doing fine, so I decided to work out, so I went back to the gym to work out one day to see how my should pain goes. But it didn’t went well, so I told the guy keep froze my membership. But today I find out they didn’t canceled my membership and still charging me for these month I didn’t go. And those new employees have attitude from the hell.

I loved my workout here. This gym is big and beautiful -- and completely redone! Location couldn't be better and if you avoid the peak times, you'll have a better experience. This club will soon be an Elite club, but Passport members will be grandfathered in until the bathroom remodel is finished. After that, passport members can still use the gym with their membership level, but new BSC members will have to pay the Elite rate to use this facility. A great value if you're already a passport holder!

Yes, they do. The locker room was recently redone. They had promised to add shower doors, to replace the gross (and constantly slimy + moldy) curtains, however they finished renovations and nixed the doors.

Membership fees vary. You should contact the club directly for current deals. (Also, your work *might* have a special deal if you work corporate)
There is no month to month, but if your membership ends you can keep it month to month.
