The general manager here, Andy, is awesome! He's always super friendly and welcoming and he's very knowledgeable about all of the services. You can tell that he cares about everyone that walks through the door. The spa is definitely more cheerful with him around!

Just had my first facial here this morning and it was very disappointing. I filled out all the paperwork online before the day of my facial and I walked in right on time. She came out and said she was running late. Ok no problem. It happens. The facial I booked was the dermalogica facial with 2 add-ons: the hydrating facial and the aromatherapy scalp massage. When I booked it, it said it would be 10:15-11:30 so an hour and 15 min with those 2 add-ons. When she asked me about any skin problems, I mentioned how dry my skin was and she proceeds to recommend the hydration facial add-on. I told her that’s what was already added to my facial package when I booked the appt online. So I guess if that hadn’t been brought up, she wouldn’t have done any of the extras that I paid for? Since she didn’t know about that add-on, I went ahead and let her know about the scalp massage I added as well. But my main complaint is that she decided to cut my appt short. She started at 10:42 and when she got done, the clock said 11:37. That’s 55 minutes..I got shorted 20 minutes!!! It wasn’t my fault that you were running behind but you took the time off my appt to apparently make up for lost time. And on top of all that, it just wasn’t a good facial. I’ve had many facials in my life and I was very underwhelmed by this one. And the scalp massage was so short and very weak. I should’ve known better than to go to one of these big chains. Go elsewhere for a facial.

Wanted to try something different one time. Had an introduction facial. Tabatha was good, knowledgeable and gentle with my sensitive skin. The ladies at the front Shadree’ and Diamond were fun to talk with at check in and out. Thanks ladies
