I booked with them after Uber quoted me a price for 3x the amount when I tried to pre-schedule an early morning ride to the airport. The driver was prompt, nice, and helped load my bag. And ended up much cheaper than the pre-scheduled Uber!!

Everything was nice and smooth except the driver on the phone before picking us up. He gave me a tone I needed not heard. As a professional driver from his industry I felt it was unacceptable. He was upset I was just the next building over from him when picking me up. I handled this every time unless canceled with courtesy and etiquette. I won't use the service unless absolutely necessary.

Tried booking a cab for a flight the morning of. Automated system was still "searching for drivers" when I called back after 15 minutes so I booked a ride with another company and canceled the first with the automated system. While I was waiting for this new ride, an AYC car comes up to me but I had to send him away so I wouldnt incur cancellation fees with the new ride. It's a shame the automated system wasnt more helpful, I would've gotten to my flight earlier.
