I've been going to LB for about 12 years, at first out of convenience. I lived in that side of town and could call and make an appointment and there was always someone who can see me at the time I wanted. I had a pretty simple cut and learned that anyone there would do a great job. Over time l experienced great customer service. Plus no one who works there ever leaves, and it's comforting to see the same faces. Since I decided to get a new cut a few years ago, I've stuck with the same stylest. I've always left happy...what more could you ask for?
