Today my boyfriend and I went to purchase our first firearms. We wanted to go somewhere they had a great selection and would also be willing to spend some real time with us because we wanted to handle a few things to see what felt good. We were able to book an appointment which is as great because we were coming from far away and made things so much easier. We were greeted by the three gentlemen very warmly and with what I felt was genuine excitement to help us purchase our first firearms. We told them right when we got there that we were prepared to spend a good amount of money as long as we got things that we’re going to work but really great for us. My boyfriend would like to leave his own review so I will just focus on my experience personally. I am terrible with names and want to start off by saying everyone that worked there was extremely helpful and kind. However it was the taller gentleman that was mainly helping me and I couldn’t thank him enough. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He really took the time to find the perfect carry piece for me and he was really honest, I didn’t feel like he was pressuring or up selling me at all. I ended up getting the Springfield Armory Hellcat and I absolutely love it. My experience was a 10 out of 10 and I absolutely will be returning. Thank you to all of you for your help and I can’t wait to tell you how I do at the range.

After emailing Collectors Gallery for a inquiry on some firearms, the response was quick. Great staff, and great business. I was greeted at the Door with respect and the employees were very professional. After reading some of the reviews, I was for sure waiting and expecting rude customer service. But to my surprise the reviews were false on my experience in Collectors Galley. They were very polite and helped me get what my budget could afford. I highly recommend this place.
