Our experience with Ilya at Curtain Time was nothing but stellar! Ilya’s engineering background and current passion for his business was evident as he helped us problem solve custom shades for a bay window install. He quickly scheduled an in home visit and was respectful of our requests regarding masking, spent an hour in our home, as well as a few more in the store to explain and demonstrate all the products we could choose from. His communication via text, phone and email was timely and he went so far as to make a spreadsheet to highlight different shade options and their related costs taking that job off my plate! His honesty and attention to customer satisfaction was unmatched- although he could have sold us a mor expensive HD product, he realized our needs and style preference could be matched with a different product. He gladly sold us the shades that fit within our budget and we are thrilled with the finished products!!

I would give Curtain Time more stars if I could. I have been buying curtains at this store for about two years now.. I Can’t say enough good things about the owner Ari and Marilyn (the curtain whisperer) LOL . Both always manage to figure out what I’m looking for, even when I can’t quite articulate what I’m looking for. I came in to the store last July with an idea for my difficult oversized dining room window. While traveling I had found the perfect window treatment and the exact fabric I wanted. I was able to get the fabric number from the owner of the B&B where I was staying and I took a photo. Armed with only the photo, fabric info and a dream, I went over to Curtain Time. Marilyn rough sketched what I was looking for added the number of valances that would be needed based on dimensions of the window called a company and found they had the fabric I wanted And managed to make exactly A perfect window treatment !!!! The installer (Mike) installed everything Saturday. His attention to detail and his willingness to work to perfection Is something I have not seen in years ! I could not be happier with how my dining room looks now. Thank you Marilyn for making this lady’s dream become a perfect reality ! And thank you so much Ari. You are always a pleasure to work with every time I come into your store. I wish there were more businesses like yours !!

We recently had new drapes and curtains installed and were extremely pleased and thrilled with the outcome! How beautiful the window looks! What a talented, kind, and knowledgable group of people, we encountered at Curtain Time. They truly listen to their customers and give it their all. Marilyn assisted and guided us on choosing the right drapes and curtains for our window and was right on! They perfectly complemented each other and our new carpet. It turned out fabulous! Mike, the installer, did an outstanding job, as well! We loved our existing rod and did not want to have to replace it. Mike assured us that he could restring our present rod and went out of his way to make sure it was perfect! What craftsmanship he displayed. Curtain Time was reasonable and very, well stocked with a nice quality of merchandise. Overall, I would highly recommend Curtain Time if you need new drapes or curtains, and believe me, we had looked everywhere! Do yourself a favor and give them a visit if you need any window treatments! You won't be disappointed!
