Terrible warranty and service! I've had two bad experiences with the shop and the manager...the dr. was nice but the manager James 👎👎 I do not recommend!

After just about 4 weeks of failed promises on the delivery of a pair of glasses for my daughter I demanded a refund. Each time I spoke to a sales person or the manager, the had different excuses and I was just fed up. I do not recommend getting prescription eyeglasses from this location unless you have time to waste. I did find the price was reasonable, but not worth the wait and always calling to follow up. Not once did they call me to inform me of the delays.

The hours are stated wrongly, on Fridays it closes @ 7pm.

Agree with the person who said can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Same thing in Hooksett, NH. If the optician is not in or is busy with a client, the phone just rings and rings and rings. They don't even have voice mail. Not a good way run a business.

Yes you may place your order here and pick up. Also friends and family DO NOT need to be members to have an exam or order glasses and contacts at their great low prices
It depends what needs to be repaired on the glasses. You would have to bring them in for us to look at. You may have to leave them with us.
