We are flexible for our customer's needs. Our waiting room has four spaced chairs, there are also chairs in our showroom if a customer prefers to distance more. We also have a bench outside. Hand sanitizing stations are located in several areas. When you call to make an appointment, let our Service Manager know if you prefer to drop your vehicle off at night, pay over the phone or any other things we can do to accomodate you.

Yes they can solve your problem. Call the service department for an appointment. They will be happy to help you and fix the problem. You need to bring it in and checked out. Not something that can be done just by your explanation of the problem. Electrical trouble needs to be trouble shot and traced down to diagnose the failure.

I checked with our service department, and they told me that it would depend on the make and model of your Ford, because certain models require special tools which we do not have. Also, we are unable to do Warranty covered repairs on Ford vehicles. It would be best if you call our service department and check with them.
