Poor customer service and rude staff ..

Being a regular customer for 5 years …. I came here to buy shawar khameez n the one I liked I went n checked they said the size was available but the employees gave me juaba when I came back for a return refund or store credit the staff was very rude highly not helpful when I said I wanted to speak to the manager they dint even allow me to talk to him I don’t even want to give the one star. Very rude staff… they clearly lost a customer… I will not recommend this place my friend and family

Ovepriced and overpriced! Other than Eid, I wonder who is shopping here and at these prices! The staff is also so rude and snobby. They really need to learn how to at least smile, this isn't just about customer service but common sense.
