Let me start off by saying I was having a super difficult time getting a good rate and approval from other dealerships due to my challenging credit. I started speaking to the amazing Mike on the phone but a coworker made me believe it was a hoax. After careful consideration I decided to finally give it a go. I was matched with Rich to help me out and I must say he is hands down the best person I have ever dealt with in sales.
