We recently purchased a new home in Ayer and wanted to have a standby generator installed. We spoke with several other companies, but after speaking with Tom Huff from Cason's we knew we wanted to have Cason's install our generator. Tom Huff made several suggestions regarding the location and installation of the generator, and that coupled with the best price we received for the work convinced us. While it took about 2 months for the installation, it was worth the wait. The crew who initially delivered the unit and emplaced it did an excellent job. The plumber, Andy did an excellent job connecting the generator to the gas line. He arrived as promised and did a neat and professional job connecting the generator, going as far as painting the gas lines he installed. The team of 3 electricians arrived as promised and immediately started the installation. This crew was very neat and professional, and completed their job approximately 2 hours faster than they initially stated. After the installation, they walked through the operation of the generator and did an initial test of the system. Upon completion of the job, Mr Tom Cason called to ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Suffice it to say, selecting Cason Equipment was the right choice for us.
