Maybe it's so laid back that they forget speedy service is the key. Super slow service considering it's only ice and flavored syrup. Come on with it. I watched over 30 cars come and go AFTER they placed their order at the intercom. The drive through were processed over and over BEFORE the walk up order was even processed even when they ordered before them. What happened to first in first out? #disappointing worst location ever

A 2 star rating: a 40 minute wait for a mobile order that was placed before arriving. The kids and family behind me got theirs before mine and my friends. Thankfully we were able to get this kid who barely showed up for his shift to take care of our order. SHOUTOUT TO AIDEN!!! You are the “BOMB”!!!

The staff was friendly and the snow cones were good. I understand the economics and cost of everything going on in the world right now. I just wanted to share that it cost almost $5 dollars for a small regular cone these days.

This is the worst Bahama Buck’s i’ve ever been to!! I asked for a piccadilly and they actually put dill pickle HAMBER SLICES on my snow cone. I have never seen this before, so cheap and not worth the price what so ever. My husband ordered a strawberry bliss and said that his whipped cream taste sour. I am not happy and will not be returning to this location.

I think they changed there hours
We meet all of the requirements that have been provided by the CDC and local health departments. In addition, we have put in place a automatic reminder for our employees to wash their hands every 15 minutes. This is in addition to there initial washing, and washing prior to putting on gloves. Our crew members put on gloves prior to making any servable product. Furthermore, our crew members are required to wear masks when they are inside the building. With regard to Covid exposure, any time one of our crew members find that they have been exposed or have been tested and found positive, they are removed from the schedule for 14 days. If they had tested positive, they will have to have an additional test show positive before returning to work. Lastly, we are unable to serve guests at our walk-up windows or allow seating on our patio until notified by the Dallas County Health Department that is is acceptable to do so, leaving us to server our guests at the drive-up only.
