If you are a contractor do not do any work for 1022 Lavon Court Royse City, TX 75189 Customer Jonathan He is a no pay and will not honor his contract. He has a history of this. I only wish I had know that before we spent a day there.

Door Dash Driver/ as I entered Lakewood Estates I noticed that it was well lit and clean. I only had a hard time finding my customers address which Is really to blame on my bad night vision 🕶️ But I also live near them and when driving by it's always looked well kept.

Lakewood Estates and especially Amanda Smith (Sales and Leasing Agent) in particular were awesome. They helped my wife and I realize our dream of owning our own home. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to either rent or buy a home. We were treated with respect and they are so polite and willing to do anything to get you into your own home.

If there was a way to rate this company a "zero" it most definitely would be. I'm seriously laughing as typing this due to the complete BS we have had to go through just as APPLICANTS. They want to sell you a USED mobile home vs renting (as they advertise on the website). We were NOT in the market in buying, but renting as their site advertises. Very unprofessional. No communication WHATSOEVER. The manager must not communicate with the staffing OR the staffing doesn't communicate to the Manager. Amanda was caught in misleading information and she didn't take ownership of her mistake and BLAMED the Manager of the Park. THAT'S A MAJOR RED FLAG. You should NEVER throw your superior under the bus under any circumstance in FRONT of upcoming residents!! False advertisement all the way through on top of REPEATED lies. Please beware. Do your research. This is from "OUR" experience.
